Kickstarter App Reviews

It used to crash now its just useless. I dont want to look at categories Im not interested and he app is either really not intuitive or theyre forcing me to look at stuff I dont want to waste my time with. Id endure the crashes to get my search power back.

The new interface has made me use the app less. The old interface you could nav with just swipes, now it is selecting from menus tap tap tap swipe, tap tap tap swipe. I simply can not find stuff any more by browsing.

A great way to find amazing products before they hit the shelves :) Usually people who deserve your money, not the big corporations!

Ive found the app very easy to navigate. One of the tabs is specifically for project creators, it I dont mind that. Users can also search, browse, see activity from projects theyve supported, and take a quick looks at their profile (# of projects backed & created). Very simple, very easy to use. I like it very much.

Functions well, really attractive, good graphics. Navigation was not super intuitive but after using for a few weeks, Im able to use it efficiently. I would recommend a "shipping" tab under campaign (right now theres only "campaign" "FAQs" and "risks and challenges" tab when looking at the actual campaign text)

New to this app, so my rating may change with use. But so far I am impressed with the user interface and ease-of-use.

Kickstarter has become the hunting grounds for thieves.

The software is okay but the people that raise money is a problem, twice I have used the product purchased some early products and both time have been burned and never received anything. Kickstarter does nothing to assist, If you are okay with sending your money to back a product that may never get deigned or the company will just keep your money then go wild. Im out though, never again.

Wonderful to be able to see great ideas and concepts become reality! Easy to navigate.

Save yourself the headache and money from the scammers that freely access kickstarter. 25% of the projects I funded flopped. This is part of the risk but that risk isnt worth the money. Kickstarter does nothing about the fraudulent projects.

The Kickstarter app does nearly everything I want it to. It allows me to stay up to date with new and current Kickstarter projects.

Get in on the ground floor! Great way to follow innovation

The app works great. But buyer beware. Lots of creators ether will not deliver your product and keep your money. Delay the deliveries for months at a time. Kickstarter is not responsible for the transactions you make. I got scammed for a product that was to be delivered in October 4 months later nothing, kickstarter wont help and bank wont refund cause of third party. If you do decide to download read the terms and conditions on the website.

Originally I was a kickstarter fan. But after backing ZNAPS and never receiving my product and having kickstarter not step in. I WILL NEVER USE KICKSTARTER AGAIN. Kickstarter you have FAILED THIS BACKER.

Read the terms and condition before spending your hard earned money. Have backed several projects and only received around 50% of the items. Kickstarter will not help you in any way get your money back or items. Started as a good idea, but lack of protection for backers, makes this more of a gamble, than a legitimate backing program.

Needs to be more fluid and seamless

I backed a project that ended to be a scam and kickstarter protected the fake projected.

Always a pleasure to use.

I swear, I had money! Dunno where it went. This app helped though, Im sure. And I enjoyed it.
